Mahmoud Jibril, the deputy leader of Libyas rebels, said Saturday that he and Tunisias prime minister talked about both urgent security questions and long-term coordination.Tens of thousands of Libyans have fled to Tunisia to escape fighting between supporters of Libyan strongman Moammar Gaddafi and the rebels. Those battles have sometimes played out along their shared border.Both countries also face instability at home. Libyan rebels have taken control of most of the country and the capital, but fighting continues.Tunisia recently prolonged its state of emergency amid continued instability following the fall of longtime President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in January.
