Summary Afghan Election Commission said on Sunday it will enforce nine of 62 changes to election results.
The changes were made by a special pollcourt, which it had earlier challenged as unconstitutional.IEC head Fazl Ahmad Manawi told a press conference that itwould send nine new parliamentarians from eight provinces to thelegislature, which has been paralysed by a dispute withPresident Hamid Karzai over the results since fraud-miredelection in September.
