British police say they have charged two men with the murder of three men in a hit-and-run attack during riots in Birmingham four days ago.West Midlands Police say the two men, aged 26 and 17, will be arraigned Sunday at Birmingham Magistrates Court.Joshua Donald, 26, from a street gang stronghold in Birmingham was identified as the older suspect. The 17-year-old suspect, who lives in the same district as the three dead men, was not identified because of his juvenile status.The breakthrough follows an intensive investigation by a team of 70 detectives into the deadliest attack during four days and nights of riots in London, Birmingham and other English cities.The three victims - 20-year-old Haroon Jahan, and two brothers 30-year-old Shazad Ali and 31-year-old Abdul Musavir - were killed Wednesday when a car struck them at high speed. They had been guarding a row of family-run shops from looters.
