Summary Ten people have been killed in violence in Afghan provinces Khost and Kandahar.
In the first incident, six civilians were killed during a NATO operation in Khost province.An Afghan spokesman said a demonstration broke out after bodies of the dead were carried through the city.However, NATO said the killed were insurgents associated with the Al-Qaeda-linked Haqqani network.Afghan President Hamid Karzai has ordered to investigate the killing of civilians.In another incident, four people were killed in a suicide attack during memorial service for the brother of Afghan President, Ahmad Wali Karzai in Kandahar on Thursday.
