16 artists from around the world brought the magic of the big top to Latvia.Using 500 tons (453,592 kilograms) of sand, sculptors carved their circus-themed creations at Jelgavas Sand Sculpture Festival.The festival is in its 5th year, drawing participants and tourists from the US and all over Europe.
