According to human rights activist Ammar Qorabi, At least 22 people were killed in Hama and 80 were injured, some critically.Qorabi said military tanks entered Hama to launch a crackdown against the alleged miscreants but the citizens erected barricades and burnt tyres.He added that residents of Hama fled in large numbers to a town near al-Salamya and to the capital Damascus.
