Summary About 35 were killed and 28 wounded in twin blasts in an local government office in Iraq.
The blasts struck the municipal building in the Iraqi town of Taji, about 20 km north of Baghdad.The first explosion was caused by a car bomb, while the cause of the second explosion was unknown.The Municipal officer said the building was quite crowded at the time of the second attack in the car park.
