In a message on Libyan television, President Moammar Gaddafi said that he would not leave Tripoli and vowed to fight till the end. Gaddafi called on the people to help in defeating the enemy. Gaddafi said that the West had waged war against Libya. He said that he would not kneel down at any cost because death was better than surrendering.
