Summary At least 38 people have been killed in clashes between armed tribesmen and security forces in Sanaa.

Anti government protests have been going on the Yemen for the past few months but the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh has no plans to step down. As a result the protests are increasing day by day.On the other hand, in Tripoli, the capital city of Libya, NATO forces continued their bombardment for the second day on President Moammar Gaddafi residence, Bab Al-Aziziyah. According to foreign news agencies, six explosions and so far no casualties have been reported.
