Summary Russia introduces cheapest car having a price of $7,800.
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited major Russian car manufacturer AvtoVAZ in the automobile-producing city of Togliatti some 1000 km south-east of Moscow and tested one of the plant’s latest car models, Lada Granta. Putin tried to start the car but failed. At last in 5th attempt, he succeeded to start the car. He travelled a few distance, when the car again turned off.
