Summary The United Nations has accepted the resolution to start an investigation mission in Syria.
At least 62 people were killed and hundreds were injured when security forces opened fire on the anti government protestors. According to reports, 33 people were killed in Daraa while 27 were killed in Homs and two in the Latakia.On the other hand, security forces claim that four soldiers were killed by terrorists in Daraa while three police officials were killed when unidentified gunmen opened fire in Homs. Meanwhile, the United Nations human rights organization accepted the resolution to start an investigation mission in Syria.Following the violation of human rights in Syria, President Barack Obama imposed sanctions, freezing property controlled by three top Syrian officials. One of them is President Bashar al-Assads brother.US officials said that if the Syrian regime refrains from further acts of violence and other human rights violation against Syrian citizens then the US would not impose sanctions on President Bashar al-Assad.
