The Hijacker demanded the plane to be flown to Libya, but was quickly overpowered and arrested when the plane landed. The hijacker pulled a knife to the throat of a flight attendant and held her hostage for a few minutes.Security officials and attendants on flight overpowered the man as the captain radioed police, who was arrested when the plane landed. The police identified the man as a 48-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan who worked in Paris.The flight attendant was taken to a first aid station at Rome airport for treatment of minor injuries.
