Summary Mass graves have been found containing more than 100 bodies of murder victims in northern Mexico.
Mexicos attorney general said on Tuesday that the toll of murder victims buried in a series of mass graves has risen to 116, blaming the atrocity on the brutal Zetas drug cartel.Today we can confirm the discovery of a total of 116 people killed in this criminal act in principle carried out by the criminal gang the Zetas, Attorney General Marisela Morales told a news conference in Mexico City.The body count could still rise and Mexican media said that 128 corpses had now been recovered, whereas authorities declined to comment on the figure.
