Gaddafi demands lifting of sanctions

In a letter, written to the UN Security Council, the Libyan government claimed that a light force was used against the protesters which meant to disperse them.On the other hand, Pro-Gaddaffi forces are trying to take control of different important cities.Despite of continued air strikes of Libyan warplanes in Brega for last 3 days, the city is still under the control of the protesters.According to a global news agency, severe clashes continue in Ras al-Nouf. Opposition claimed to take control of the air port and the protesters were advancing toward the city.The army opened fire to disperse the protesters after Jumma prayer in capital Tripoli.
