Summary The 17th common wealth law conference started in the city of Hyderabad. Chief Justice of Pakistan is representing the country. The conference was opened by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
Monmohan Singh said that for a country to prosper the law and order system plays a paramount role. He said that terrorism can only be eliminated by strengthening the legal system of the country. The developed nations have an advantage as their law and order system helps establish peace and harmony in the country.The conference is going to last 5 days with 53 countries and more than 800 representatives taking part. Chief Justice of Pakistan will also address the conference.
