Indian government has refused to give visa to Pervez Musharraf who was due to speak as a guest speaker in a seminar organized by Young Presidents Association in New Delhi, Dunya News reported on Wednesday. The interior ministry of India had also expressed reservations on Musharrafs anti-India statements whereas it has also been learnt that the Indian government did not want to annoy Pakistani government by allowing Musharraf to visit India.
