TRIPOLI (AFP) - The United Nations said Saturday that it would host a new round of peace talks between Libya s warring factions in Geneva next week.
The UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) said in a statement that its head Bernardino Leon had proposed a freeze in military operations for a few days "in order to create a conducive environment for the dialogue".
