Summary Zimmerman, accused of killing an unarmed black teen has been released after posting a $150,000 bond.
George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer was charged with second-degree murder for shooting an unarmed 17-year old Trayvon Martinon February 26.He claimed he was acting in self-defence, but the case sparked an outcry in the US.Zimmerman would be sentenced to life in prison if being convicted by the court.At his bail hearing last week, the judge said Mr Zimmerman must inform police of his location every three days and must adhere to a curfew between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00.He will also be tracked electronically and forbidden from carrying firearms, drinking alcohol, or contacting the victims family personally or through an intermediary.
