An Afghan official says a bombing in eastern Afghanistan has killed a city police commander and three other officers.Kapisa provincial government spokesman Qais Qaderi says a convoy of police vehicles was driving in the provincial capital of Mahmud-i-Raqi earlier Sunday when a roadside bomb exploded, striking the second vehicle and killing all four people inside.Qaderi says the bomb appeared to have been detonated remotely.He says that Mahmud-i-Raqi police commander Jan Agha Faizi died in the blast and that he was the likely target of the attack.
