According to Afghan President’s office, President Hamid Karzai wants the United States to pull all its troops out of villages and relocate them in bases.President Karzai told visiting US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta in a meeting that international forces should be withdrawn from villages and relocated in their bases, a statement said, just days after a US soldier massacred 16 villagers.
