Russian cows wear VR headset for better milk production

(Dunya News) – A Russian farm has given its cows virtual reality (VR) headsets to produce better quality and quantity of milk.

The cows are being shown a "unique summer field simulation program".

Ministry of Agriculture and Food stated that a research has shown a link between a cow’s emotional experience and its milk yield.

"Examples of dairy farms from different countries show that in a calm atmosphere, the quantity, and sometimes the quality, of milk increases markedly," a statement from the ministry read.
