RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – In a bizarre step, the district administration in Rawalpindi has made helmet compulsory for the motorcyclists seeking petrol.
According to details, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi Dr Umar Jahangir has issued directives to the petrol pump owners to not give petrol to the riders without helmets.
The decision has badly irked locals who further demanded to withdraw this condition.
