When authorities arrived, one officer reportedly inspected the Oregon ID, looked up at Pinney, and asked if he was seriously trying to pass as the man in the photograph.According to court documents, Pinney hung his head and said, I know. He allegedly said the ID had been given to him by his brothers friend, who had stolen it from a car.
