All the thieves had apparently been trying to do was crack open a cash machine.Police say debris from the blast early on Monday at a branch of a local savings bank in Nottuln, in northwestern Germany, flew some 260 feet and two buildings across the street were damaged. No one was injured.Police spokesman Martin Pollmann told n-tv television explosives experts were at the scene and would try to determine whether the strength of the blast was deliberate or perhaps due to a miscalculation on the assailants part.He said an unknown amount of money was taken from the cash machine.Witnesses reported seeing a car at the scene
