Now, in a surprise move, Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 9 beta to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The beta update is currently available in the US, India, and South Korea. It weighs approximately 3.6GB and carries firmware versions ending in ZZHL, EZHK, or EZHL, depending on the device and market.
Galaxy S24 FE Still Left Out
While Samsung has now brought the beta to the main Galaxy S24 lineup, the Galaxy S24 FE has yet to receive the One UI 9 beta.
This means Samsung's current One UI 9 beta rollout covers a growing number of flagship and premium Galaxy devices, while the S24 FE remains on the sidelines for now.
How to Join the One UI 9 Beta
Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra owners in the US, India, or South Korea can try One UI 9 by enrolling in Samsung's beta program through the Samsung Members app.
To check whether the beta is available, open Samsung Members on a supported device and look for the One UI 9 Beta program banner. If your device and region are eligible, you can enroll and download the beta update from the software update section.
