Recently, Australian researchers developed brown meat which in comparison to white meat is less fattening.It has been observed that when people consume white meat in large quantity then it makes them fat, as just 50 gram of fat contains 300 kilocalories. However, the brown fat not only carries fewer calories but also is helpful in burning about 300 kilocalories a day.It has been informed by the researchers that brown meat can be created in laboratories by using simple technique of stem cells. The brown meat was invented in the laboratories for the very first time at Australia under the supervision of Dr. Paul Lee and Prof Ken Ho.While preparing the brown meat, the researchers conducted PET-CT scans on 3,000 people. It is hoped that with the creation of brown meat, the fight against obesity will become easy. Meanwhile, it has been reported that $105.6 million will be utilized on a project aimed at saving the life of millions of children suffering from lethal disease like cancer. Moreover, $3 million will be invested towards improving the research of spinal cord injuries.
