Summary The Apple iPhone X users told that nothing shows up on the screen when the phone rings
(Web Desk) – Apple has received a number of bug reports in which users of the latest iPhone X complained that they were not able to pick up incoming call despite the ringing phone.
The complaints mentioned that their phone rings whenever they receive a call but there is nothing to see on the screens. With nothing showing up on the display, the people cannot pick up the call. There is no button to pick up the call when no display despite the ringing calls.

The problem only appeared in iPhone X and no other Apple smartphone model. It doesn’t keep the calls away from reaching the phone, but creates either software or hardware bug which make it impossible for users to pick up their important calls.
It is worth noticing that only a few complaints of iPhone X were received despite the significance of the reported issue. Some even told that the problem was solved once the smartphone was restarted, The Independent reported.
In November, it was said that the smartphone giant admitted the issue of in touch screen which can turn unresponsive when subjected to cold weather. The recent iOS update had fixed most of the concerns.
