Spains Alejandro Valverde, of Movistar, secured victory in the Tour of Andalusia following the fifth and final stage won by compatriot Daniel Moreno of the Katusha team Thursday.Valverde returned to competition in January at the Tour Down Under, where he won the most difficult climbing stage, following a ban for his implication in a doping affair.A former two-time winner of Liege-Bastogne-Liege, the Spaniard is one of the most revered riders in the hilly one-day classics which begin in April.In second place overall was Estonian Rein Taaramae (Cofidis), with Frenchman Jerome Coppel of Saur-Sojasun in third.
