LAHORE (Web Desk) – The Pakistan women's cricket team has returned home via Dubai after completing its tour of Sri Lanka.
The national squad arrived in three groups, with players returning to Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Pakistan endured a disappointing tour as the hosts won both the One-Day International and three-match Twenty20 International series by 2-1.
The ODI series was part of the ICC Women's Championship. Following its conclusion, Pakistan captain Fatima Sana travelled to England to participate in The Hundred.
In Fatima Sana's absence, Muneeba Ali captained Pakistan during the T20I series. However, the visitors were unable to avoid a series defeat against Sri Lanka.
