Three Pakistani squash players—Noor Zaman, Mohammad Ahsab Irfan, and Hamza Khan—enter PSA top 100 rankings after improved performances in multiple international tournaments.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Three Pakistani squash players have improved their performance and entered the top 100 of the international squash rankings, according to the Professional Squash Association (PSA).
Noor Zaman, the reigning Under-23 world champion, advanced five places to achieve 38th position after strong performances in multiple international events. Previously ranked 43rd, Noor Zaman, the grandson of former world champion Qamar Zaman, accumulated 248 points across 11 tournaments.
Mohammad Ahsab Irfan also improved by one rank, reaching 47th position, earning 193 points from 14 events.
Meanwhile, 20-year-old Hamza Khan, a former junior world champion, achieved a career-best ranking of 86th, climbing 14 spots with 98 points from 8 tournaments.
This marks a significant resurgence of Pakistani talent in the global squash arena.
