The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) says Britain could be declared non-compliant with global rules this weekend if it keeps its lifetime Olympic ban for drug violators.WADA accuses British Olympic Association chairman Colin Moynihan of making uninformed allegations against the doping body in the dispute over the lifetime ban.WADA President John Fahey says the organization has been asking the BOA to consider the validity of its rule but has received no response. Moynihan said Wednesday the case would go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.Fahey says the WADA board will decide Sunday whether the BOA is in compliance or not with the World Anti-Doping Code. Under IOC rules, compliance with the code is mandatory for the whole Olympic movement.
