Czech veteran Radek Stepanek registered a 6-3, 6-3 victory over American Donald Young to advance to the final of the Washington Classic.The 32-year-old Stepanek will now face the winner of the second semifinal to be played later between top seed Gael Monfils and 11th seed John Isner.Stepanek is the oldest player ranked in the top 100 and is looking for his fifth ATP title and first since 2009.Stepanek broke Young to go up 3-2, then again to win the first set and took control of the second set early by winning the first nine points.
