Summary First Track Meet was held at the Punjab Stadium, Lahore for promotion of athletics in the country.
Renowned athletes from across the country participated in the First Annual Track Meet organised under the aegis of Pakistan Ranking Club.The athlete competed in 100-metre, 400-metre and 1000-metre races during the event. The vice president of the Pakistan Ranking Club, Shahzad Chohan, informed the organisation of such events was aid at the financial help of the deserving athletes in the country.
