Summary Sindh High Court has issued notices to PCB and Federal Sports Secretary on Kanerias petition.
A divisional bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC), comprising Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar also barred Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to issue media statement regarding Danish Kaneria till next hearing of the case. The court also summoned PCB and Federal Secretary on Sports to appear on July 26.Kaneria’s counsel, Dr Farogh Nadeem presented clearance certificates from Scotland Yard and ICC in the court and said that he should be included in the team on merit. Talking to media, Danish Kaneria said that judiciary was independent in the country and he was optimistic about getting justice.
