Summary Pakistan ex-Test cricketer Shoaib Akhtar announced to spend rest of his life in welfare activities.
In an interview to a website, the fast bowler informed that he wanted to spend some time with his parents.The retired Pakistan fast bowler has pulled out of the Sri Lanka Premier League and said that he wanted to spend rest of his life in welfare activities.He also said that he was not interested in returning to cricket grounds after retirement from international cricket. However, he expressed his willingness to help young cricketers at any time.“I spent 18 years in playing cricket and don’t want to spend another 18 years in the game,” he said.
