Summary Sania Mirza cruised to the quarter finals of the womens doubles at the French Open.
In the tournament being played in Paris, national tennis star, Asiam Ulhaq and Kaweta Pijkay lost 6-4, 6-4 in the second round of the mixed doubles against the Australian and Brazilin duo.Earlier, Sania Mirza and Elena Vesnina outplayed Spanish duo of Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez and Anabel Medina Garrigues 6-1, 6-4 in the third round. Sania for the first time managed to reach the French Open womens doubles quarter-finals.
