Summary Christopher Horner of the United States won the 4th stage of Tour of California cycle race.
Horner won the 132 kilometres stage in 3 hours, 27 minutes and 51 seconds. With this win he also emerged as the overall leader of the 7-day Tour of California cycle race.Former champion, Andy Schleck of Luxembourg remained second while Rory Sutherland of Australia secured third position.
