FIFA asks Interpol to help eliminate match fixing

Summary FIFA president Sepp Blatter has vowed to leave no stone unturned in order to eliminate match-fixing.

FIFA announced that it would pay $175 million to the Interpol to implement a 10-year anti- corruption policy and to commence an education programme for the footballers as well as coaches and officials.The international governing body of football considers the match-fixing a big threat to the sport which would be eliminated at any cost.Sepp blatter said that he was pleased to work with the Interpol for that purpose.
