Summary Waqar Younis said the national teams Caribbean tour could bring back cricket in Pakistan.
The Pakistani cricket team coach said that the tour is a good opportunity for boys to bring back cricket in Pakistan with a better on-field performance. He said that the team was going through a rebuilding phase as several new players were inducted in the side. He hoped that the youngsters would give a resounding performance on the tour as they did in the World Cup. He said that although the Windies defeated Pakistan in the only Twenty20, the green shirts had trounced the same opposition during the World Cup. He said that the team was confident of victory in the one day series.
