LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Green has won the international Kabaddi Takra defeating Indian team at the Punjab Stadium in Lahore.
The Pakistan Green scored forty points while Indian team made 29 points.
Meanwhile, Pakistan White secured third position beating Iran 24-31 in the international Kabaddi takra.
Irfan Jutt and Nafees Gujjar were declared as the best raider and Jaabhi respectively.
Musharraf Janjua and Jaabar Kamboh were adjudged best stopper and raider of main final match respectively.
The third place went to Pakistan White team which toppled Iran by a margin of 31-24.
The event was attended by thousands of Kabaddi fans. The atmosphere was absolutely absorbing with the traditional dances of all four provinces, the folk music with the famous folk singer Akram Rahi and other performing through their lively performances.
Players of all the teams took round of stadium on ‘bhaggis’. National anthems of Pakistan, Iran and Indian teams were also presented at the stadium.�
