The 5-days MA Special Referees Course-2012, organized by Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA), has been kicked off and will conclude on Wednesday.It is being conducted by Mohamed Muhiseen Ariff as Referee Development Officer (RDO) from Sri Lanka and Ganesh Manium, FIFA Physical Instructor from Singapore will conclude on Wednesday, October 24, 2012.Qazi Mohammad Asif and Ahmed Ali will act as course coordinator, M Arif Siddiqui, Salah-ud- Din Awan and Mohammad Rauf as technical instructors.The Course will change the fortune of many participants and this will be a great opportunity for all of the Pakistani football referees to come on board and take advantage of Mohamed Muhiseen Ariff J.P as Referee Development Officer (RDO)’s refereeing philosophy and experience.
