Summary Peshawar High Court has ordered to register FIR of Akhtar Alis disappearance.
A two-member bench comprising Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Dost Muhammad and Justice Syed Waqar Ahmad resumed the hearing of case regarding disappearance of Akhtar Ali.One of the missing brothers, Sher Ali, said that he remained under the detention of intelligence agencies for 18 months but he did not see his brother during this period.The court ordered SP Investigation Mingora to register FIR of the case and directed him to update the Assistant Registrar about the investigation on regular basis.
