Justice Kazim Shamsi of the Lahore High Court resumed the hearing of the case regarding factory collapse in Lahore.The accused factory owners pleaded the court to extend their bail as their counsel Khurram Khosa was absent due to his personal engagements.The lawyers of heirs of collapse victims took the stance before the court that the accused were using delay tactics. He pleaded the court to reject the bail of the accused.After hearing the arguments, the court extended the bail till Thursday.
