Summary A rally was taken out by working class against bids of theft and robberies in Multan.
As per details, hundreds of workers from textile industries gathered at Manzoor Abad Chowk and took out a rally against attacks on workers by thieves and robbers.They started their journey from Manzoor Abad Chowk and culminated at Khuni Burj Road where angry workers staged a sit-in and shouted slogans against police.Protestors said that if police employees can’t provide shelter to the masses, they have no right to keep their jobs.They also warned that if the looted property is not recovered, they would stage a sit-in in front of the CPO office.
