Summary The embankment of the new spill-way of Attabad Lake has been blown up.
According to DCO Hunza, about 50,000 cusecs of water will be released due to the opening of the spill-way.Earlier, The DCO had told Dunya News that all the arrangements have been completed to evacuate the nearby villages, while a high alert has been declared in the district.
