Summary Peshawar HC Bar has said government should give basic human rights to the people of tribal areas.
Bar also announced to boycott the Fata tribunal.District and High Court Bar held a joint session at the Peshawar High Court in which Fata Lawyers Forum’ representatives also participated.On the occasion, lawyers termed the formation or establishment of Fata Tribunal as joke with the people of tribal areas.While declaring the Fata reforms made by the government incomplete, they contended that executive and judiciary should be partitioned on priority basis.The lawyers also held a rally against the formation of Fata tribunal and shouted slogans against Fata reforms.
