Summary A petition has been filed in the LHC seeking early hearing of Sapna kidnapping case.
A composite petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court by Misal Khan requesting for early hearing of Sapna’s recovery case.The petitioner stated that the case is being heard by lower and high courts for last several months but its proper hearing has not been conducted properly, therefore the court is requested to issue order for early hearing of the case.
