Summary The road of US Consulate General closed due to security reasons has been opened after 10 years.
Jinnah Road leading from Metropole to Cantonment has been opened which would facilitate the citizens travelling from Clifton Defence and Cantonment and other areas.The aforesaid road had been closed for 10 years due to law and order situation in the city since the war on terror.Indian Consulate, the PACC and the dwelling of US Consulate General is situated on this road for which it is regarded very sensitive.It is worth mentioning that the merriments in Friar Hall Park and Library have restored as well.
