Summary A temporary dyke constructed at Ravi River near Band Road Lahore has been breached.
The dyke was constructed at the Ravi River near Band Road for carrying mud and sand through commercial vehicles. However, dyke broke and flooded the nearby area indundatingseven tractors, four trucks and two cranes.At least 28 labourers have been rescued.
