Summary A lower court has acquitted all the four accused involved in murder case after compromise.
Father of the killed Shahbaz Butt appeared in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge and told that he has had a compromise with the accused, requesting the court to end proceeding of said case.After police investigation report, the court ordered to release DSP Riasat Bajwa, SI Riaz Ahmad and two constables.They were accused of killing a youth named Shabaz in a fake encounter in the area of Nishtar Colony, Lahore.
